We have chosen to leave our lovely ranch in the mountains of New Mexico and retire at Charter House. The loving support, compassionate care, and intellectually stimulating environment at Charter House, as well as the extraordinary medical care we have received at Mayo Clinic over the decades, actually made the decision easy.
My wife and I are celebrating our first year at Charter House. We are so pleased with our decision to move to this wonderful place. The staff have far exceeded our expectations. We originally chose Charter House because we wanted to be surrounded by people who have that Mayo Clinic work ethic, and certainly, we have experienced that aspect! Staff always does everything they can to please us and to go the ‘second mile’ to make our experience here at Charter House as pleasing as possible.
