Health Services in cooperation with interdisciplinary colleagues, collaborate to deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents at Charter House. Nursing staff, experienced in geriatric care, are committed to providing high quality care. Nursing staff consists of Certified Nursing Assistants, Trained Medication Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses.
Resident Services is responsible for planning and delivering programs and services which respond to the spiritual, social, recreational, educational and cultural needs of our residents. Our staff is trained in the disciplines of Social Service, Certified Recreation Therapy, Fitness, and Spiritual Care and work to insure the successful orientation and transition of new residents in to Charter House and the optimum continued stay of all residents.
Administrative Services provides support to ensure the efficient, professional daily operation of Charter House. Staff assists in the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of Charter House programs and services. Positions include Administrator, Director of Administrative Services, Administrative Services Assistant, and Meeting Reservation Coordinator.
Business Services prepares financial statements to Charter House management groups, residents, Medicare, and 3rd party payers. We respond to financial needs with expense management, revenue recognition and bill compliance, while providing proactive financial reporting and analysis. Business services staff consist of Patient Account Representative, Financial Analyst II and III. These roles report directly to Mayo Clinic Diversified Business Office and Mayo Clinic Financial Accounting and Control.
Facilities Services delivers high quality, personalized service to meet the needs of our residents. Housekeepers, Custodians, and Maintenance keep residents’ homes, meeting rooms and public spaces safe and clean. The department is also responsible for maintaining the building and grounds, safety, construction and waste management.
Food Services production staff and cooks prepare meals which are served to our residents by friendly servers in our well-appointed dining rooms. Our knowledgeable Registered Dietician and Diet Technician meet with residents to discuss their diet and wellness concerns. Other positions include catering staff, retail positions, and hosts.
